Thanks much, it seems to be working as it should now. Please thank Melissa and Bob for me for their help on this as well. I am sure you guys hear this all the time but you guys at FQ are the best. Being an IT consultant I work with a lot of ISPs, from the little guys to the national providers and none of them compare to FQ. Its so refreshing to ask a support question and get it answered in a timely fashion and more importantly receive a response from a skilled and knowledgeable support staff member and not just someone whose only technical skills are what they learned from completing a 3 week support training program and then reading some answer from a script.

Having used the Command 'n' Control program for the first time tonight, I must say it is one of the most functional, attractive, and best designed web applications I've ever seen!! The user interface is so good that half-asleep newbies (like me) can do whatever they want with hardly a thought. And all the little Tips are great, as they answer most questions as soon as I formulate them.

It'll be nice for me not to have to worry about e-mail downtime. The uptime that my web-site on FQ has had is amazing. I've had a couple of uptime robots watching my web-site, but I'm going to discontinue those soon -- they haven't been able to find any downtime! I've never seen a company run as well as FutureQuest. Every other host I've been with in the past, for web or e-mail, always has had a fatal flaw (downtime, bad customer support, etc). Considering FQ's uptime, customer service, and prices (very reasonable for what you provide), it really is an amazing web-host. You provide a premium service at a low price.

When we came to you four years ago we were spinning from one host to the next with no end to the madness in sight.
