I really appreciate the extra effort and the extra time that you and the rest of the people at FutureQuest apply to solve customer problems. I have been with FQ since January 2000 and although I am bombarded with offers to use other virtual hosting services, I always measure, in my mind, the level of service that I receive from FutureQuest and realize that although there are lower cost services out there, FQ is the highest quality service.
Solving this problem so quickly, from doing the extra research to recognize that there was something wrong (could have said "It works here, buddy, so it must be on your end"), to your prompt resolution speaks volumes about your quality of service.

Your willingness to help guide me in the right direction is one of the extra added features that I have always appreciated FutureQuest, because even though FutureQuest isn't responsible and can't be responsible for the myriad of scripts out there, you are always willing to help your customers.
