"We wanted update you-let you know how the problem was resolved. Looking back,
you nailed it on head the with the first ticket on Jan 17, correct?: "I wonder
if your ISP has started blocking Port 25. That is pretty common and the ISP
usually does it with no warning or notice." I could have gone back to Qwest
right then, but again, I took them at their word earlier that day, that it was
not their fault. You guys know what you are doing.
And we want to thank you for your prompt, helpful, professional assistance. This
is why we continue to use your services. We would not and have not hesitated to

I am once again writing to
praise FQ for its AWESOME customer service. Over
the last few years, I have referred a few of my web development clients to
you for hosting. During that time, my consistent experience has shown that
you obviously work hard to provide SUPREME customer care, and it's certainly
not limited to fast response time. Speaking of response time, I have never
experienced a response time of more than 10 minutes to any of my online
service tickets or direct emails to Service@FutureQuest.net. AWESOME,
AWESOME, AWESOME. I have experienced this with Sheila, Melissa, Bob, and
everyone else there with whom I have ever corresponded. I appreciate your
company's dedication to service SO much!
I am also VERY grateful that FQ has not outsourced its help desk functions
to overseas companies. No language barriers, no idiotic delay or failure to
provide the right information, no need for repeated contact to get the right
answer right away. What a blessing!
Your company has clearly placed quick and concise response (and service in
general) very high on your priority list. I just wish other companies (and I
