I had been very put off by the flashy sites/promotions of the other hosts I considered and found you guys to be a solid, genuine, no nonsense service provider without all the BS the others seem to be trying to feed. I want to pay a decent price for a decent service, not get promised everything under the sun for $2.95.

I just want to say your the best hosting company on earth. When support is needed the response is nearly immediate-via email even! No waiting on hold, no waiting 24 hours for a canned response, you respond within minutes! Each and every time I have needed something you have gone far beyond the call of duty to make sure it happened. I will never use any other hosting company.Thank you to your entire team!

I just wanted to say you guys do a heck of a job there. If there has ever been a service outage, I didn't know about it as I've NEVER experienced any problems with your service .. and I'm online 80+ hours a week. I'm sure you all get tired of hearing about problems, people griping, issues, etc...

I very much appreciate the way your support team responds to support requests - it was my first experience with a tech support crew that 1) made me feel heard, 2) made a proactive effort to solve my issues, and 3) wrote English I could read without wincing!
