"We wanted update you-let you know how the problem was resolved. Looking back, you nailed it on head the with the first ticket on Jan 17, correct?: "I wonder if your ISP has started blocking Port 25. That is pretty common and the ISP usually does it with no warning or notice." I could have gone back to Qwest right then, but again, I took them at their word earlier that day, that it was not their fault. You guys know what you are doing.
